How Mridul Plans to Navigate Bigg Boss Chaos with Calm and Confidence
With Bigg Boss coming live yet again for its 19th season,Mridul is stepping into the house with clarity in his head and a whole lot of love from his fans. In a candid conversation with NewsX , he opened up about loyalty, dealing with chaos inside, and keeping it all real. There’s no pretense here, just him, as he is.Mridul, known for his funny content, charm and loyal fanbase, and he chooses to enter the house with the same mindset.
Recently, Shehnaaz Gill made a statement on social media saying she supports both her brother Shehbaz and Mridul, but she wants people to vote for Shehbaz. It’s the kind of moment that would get a lot of contestants talking, maybe even second-guessing things. But not him. His response?
Calm and clear. These thoughts, he said, don’t even cross his mind. What’s in his head is simple, his brothers and his work. He admits he’s fond of Shehnaaz, follows her too, and totally gets that she’d naturally back her own brother. “Like she will support her brother, my brother will support me. It’s THAT SIMPLE,” he says, shrugging off any drama with ease.
As for how he plans to last in the house till the very end, there’s no master plan. He says it straight, he wants to be real. That’s his strategy. He’ll mold himself according to how things unfold inside the house. If a situation demands adjustment, he’ll adapt. But the one thing he’ll stick to no matter what? Being nice. Being entertaining. Making sure people watching him are enjoying themselves, not at someone else’s expense.
He has a strong social media presence and he knows the power of his fans and he’s honest about that being an advantage. His well-wishers have always shown up for him, and he trusts they’ll continue to. If people love him, he says, they’ll show up, watch him, and vote. It’s as simple as that.
The Bigg Boss house is known for making things from nothing to a lot and as aware he is about that, he totally believes in ignoring negativity as much as possible and creating a fun, light vibe around him. If something goes south, he’ll handle it at that moment. He doesn’t overthink future conflicts. His reactions will depend on what the situation demands at that time. No pre-scripted drama, no fake outrage.
When asked if there’s any one misconception he wants to clear inside the house, he’s quick to brush that off too. He doesn’t feel there’s a “misconception” people hold about him. He says his people, the ones who’ve followed him, laughed with him, rooted for him, they only love him. From what he’s seen, there’s been nothing but respect. And that’s something he hopes to carry forward into the house, no matter what the game throws his way.
Bigg Boss 19 is about to get intense, but if one thing is clear, it’s that Mridul isn’t here to play someone else. He’s walking in as himself, and that might just be his biggest strength.
