Chinese smartphone manufacturing company Vivo is expanding its portfolio in India. The company has launched Vivo T5x 5G. The company claims that this is the fastest smartphone in the segment
The device features a 6.76-inch full HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. Additionally, the display comes with TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification which helps the screen to reduce eye strain during prolonged usage.
The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor which offers smooth performance. The phone achieves an impressive AnTuTu score of 1 million plus which makes it the fastest phone of the segment. The processor is paired with 8GB of RAM. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16
In terms of optics, the rear panel of the device features a dual camera setup offering a primary sensor of 50MP Sony Ultra-HD AI-powered camera and a 2MP bokeh camera while the front panel features a 32MP camera for selfie and video calling. Both the frony and rear camera support 4K video recording.
The newly launched device is packed with a 7200mAh battery supported by a 44W wired FlashCharge. The device also features an IP68 and IP69+ certification for resistance against dust and water and Military-Grade certification for durability.
The device is available in two colour options, i.e., Cyber Green and Star Silver. The starting price of newly launched handset is priced at Rs 18,999 for 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage while the higher variant offering 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage costs Rs 20,999. The top-end variant offering 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage is priced at Rs 22,999.
The device will go on sale on 24th March via Flipkart, vivo India e-store, and all partner retail stores across nation.
The company has also introduced the launch offer; users can get up to Rs 2,000 instant discounts with HDFC, Axis, SBI bank cards, and UPI purchase. Users can also avail free premium access to 10 OTT apps for 6 months through Rs 1199 Jio prepaid plan.
