BTS has made their world tour announcement, which has been long anticipated, and the internet has practically gone crazy because of it. BigHit Music announced the global tour on January 13, only two months before the full OT7 comeback of the group, and the fans’ reactions were nothing short of overwhelming across the planet. The posting volume on social media was around two million within just a few hours, and the ARMYs were calling it the “greatest comeback” in the history of BTS.

OT7 Comeback After Military Hiatus

The confirmation of the world tour and the four-member group’s return to BTS coincides on March 20, 2026, as they will drop a fresh album. After releasing this album, the group will be doing a tour worldwide for the first time with their full lineup, as Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have already completed their military service. Fans’ excitement was so high that the fan platform Weverse crashed before the official announcement was made.

ARMYs ‘Crash the Internet’ With Viral Reactions

The responses from the fans were so overwhelming that they filled up the timelines right away. One of the users said, “We are seated for the greatest comeback ever,” and another one prayed for the group to have a safe and healthy tour. Some others expressed their confidence, saying, “I will be at the BTS CONCERT,” illustrating the dimension of excitement around the globe. The significant number of likes on the viral posts was a clear indication of BTS’s continued digital supremacy.

World Tour Cities and Album Details

As per BigHit Music, BTS will put out a 14-track album and then a tour that is going to be enormous, with the group performing in 34 cities. The cities in the tour plan are Tokyo, Busan, Las Vegas, Mexico City, Madrid, Paris, Chicago, Los Angeles, Singapore, Bangkok, Sydney, and Hong Kong, with the possibility of more cities, particularly in Japan and the Middle East, being included. The pre-order for the album begins on January 16, 2026.
