PM Modi to address rallies in Gujarat today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit four public rallies in Gujarat ahead of the assembly elections.

PM Modi will hold rallies in Anjar, Kutch, Gordhanpur, Bhavnagar, Palitana, Gordhanpar, and Rajkot today. As the first round of the Gujarat Assembly elections approaches, parties are placing their heavyweights in the spotlight in an attempt to woo voters.

Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will hold electoral rallies at four different sites throughout Gujarat.

However, Assam Chief Minister Hemanta Biswa Sarma will also campaign for the party.

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Bhai Patel, Assam Chief Minister Hemanta Biswa Sharma, Union Ministers Smriti Irani and Purusottam Rupala, and other top BJP leaders will undertake public meetings and road shows around the state.

Meanwhile, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge will hold a news conference today in Ahmedabad. He is also scheduled to speak at election rallies in Mehsana and Ahmedabad.
