Man Sprays Water at Moving Train After Missing It (Images: X)
A bizarre viral video from an Indian railway station has caught the internet’s attention after a man was seen using a high-pressure water pipe to spray passengers on a moving train. The strange scene began when the man missed his train and, in what looked like frustration or anger, grabbed a water hose lying near the platform.
In the clip, which has been shared widely on social media, people can be seen standing near the open doors of a departing train. Suddenly, the man aims a strong stream of water directly toward them while they are still on the platform or just getting on board. A powerful jet of water hits the side of the moving train, splashing passengers who had no warning.
Some of the passengers instinctively flinch and dodge the spray, while others look shocked and confused. A few people try to step back from the open doors, but the man continues hosing down the train coach as it slowly picks up speed.
Reports say that the exact location, time and identity of the man have not been confirmed, and there’s no information yet on whether any action has been taken by railway authorities. Officials have not released a statement publicly, and there’s no confirmation if charges will be filed.
The video sparked heavy reactions online, with many netizens condemning the act as unsafe and unnecessary. “This is beyond fight for space on the train,” one commenter wrote, pointing out how the act didn’t make sense and only made travel more dangerous for others. “Where is the rail police? No fear of law anywhere,” another commented. Some joked sarcastically about “early Holi celebrations,” and some criticised the dangerous behaviour. Many people found the act hilarious when they saw this man venting his frustration of missing the train on other passengers.
This is not the first time unusual or reckless incidents involving trains have gone viral. Earlier videos have shown people spraying water at moving trains from tracks more oftenly even without a clear reason. Other unrelated viral clips have shown people trying dangerous stunts on local trains or many people getting onto tracks while drunk.
