The Bihar Board has unveiled the timetable for the Matriculation and Intermediate Compartmental Examination 2024. The Matric compartmental exam is scheduled from May 4 to 11, while the Intermediate compartmental exam will take place between April 29 and May 11.
These exams will be held in two sessions:
1st session from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm,
and the 2nd session is from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
The online application window for the compartment exam and scrutiny process will close today, April 7. The board has announced that students who haven’t applied yet can do so online via the seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com website, facilitated through their respective educational institutions. There’s a fee of Rs 120 per subject for scrutiny.
Students failing in a maximum of two subjects out of the total five (including two compulsory subjects and three elective/optional subjects) are eligible to sit for the compartmental examination. However, those who fail in more than two subjects will need to repeat the academic year.

– Dates: April 29, 30, May 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11.
– All three streams’ exams will take place during this period.

– Dates: May 15 and 16 (in two shifts).
– Candidates must arrive at the exam center 30 minutes before the exam’s start.
– An additional 15 minutes will be given to read the question paper.
– Entry for the first shift is allowed until 9 am, and for the second shift until 1:30 pm.
