Rajasthan PTET Exam 2026 Notification
The Rajasthan PTET Notification 2026 has been officially released, opening the gateway for aspiring teachers seeking admission to B.Ed programmes in the state.
The entrance test will be conducted by Vardhman Mahavir Open University (VMOU), Kota, and the online application process can be done from the official website, ptetvmoukota2026.in.
The Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2026 is a state-level entrance examination required for admission to two-year B.Ed and four-year Integrated B.Ed courses offered by teacher education colleges across Rajasthan. Clearing the PTET is mandatory for candidates planning a career in school education within the state.
Eligible candidates can submit their Rajasthan PTET 2026 application form until March 20, 2026. The university has advised applicants not to wait until the last date to avoid technical issues. The examination is expected to be conducted in June 2026, though the exact date will be notified later.
For admission to the two-year B.Ed course, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 percent marks from a recognised university. Relaxation in minimum marks will be provided to candidates from reserved categories as per state norms.
For the four-year Integrated B.Ed programme, applicants must have passed Class 12 with the required minimum marks specified in the notification.
The application fee for Rajasthan PTET 2026 is Rs 500, applicable to candidates of all categories. The fee must be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or e-Mitra services.
Candidates must apply only through the official portal. The application process includes registration, filling in personal and educational details, uploading scanned documents, and fee payment. Applicants are advised to carefully review all entered details before final submission.
The Rajasthan PTET 2026 admit card and the confirmed exam date will be announced on the official website in due course. Candidates are advised to regularly check the portal for updates.
Applicants must ensure their forms are submitted before March 20, 2026, as late or incomplete applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
