At least 14 people were injured in a stabbing and liquid spray attack in Japan, with the suspected attacker taken into custody by police.
An emergency call around 4:30 pm reported that five to six people had been stabbed at a Yokohama Rubber factory in Mishima, prompting a swift police response.
All victims were conscious, authorities said. Police arrested Masaki Oyama (38) on suspicion of attempted murder, while also probing reports that an unspecified liquid was poured around the factory.
The incident occurred about one kilometre from the Mishima city office.
