Vivo V70: Vivo has launched the Vivo V70 series in India, introducing two new mid-range smartphones, the Vivo V70 and the Vivo V70 Elite. The lineup succeeds last year’s Vivo V60 and brings design upgrades, ZEISS-backed cameras and larger batteries.

Both models feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2750×1260 pixel resolution. Vivo claims a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. The phones sport a refreshed design with flat edges, an aluminium frame and a glass back, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the Vivo V70 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, while the V70 Elite is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor.
The V70 comes in two configurations, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB + 256GB storage. The V70 Elite is available in three variants: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. Both devices use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for faster performance.
The smartphones are backed by a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support.
The Vivo V70 series carries ZEISS branding for its triple rear camera setup. The configuration includes a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. For selfies and video calls, both models offer a 50MP front camera.
The Vivo V70 is offered in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow. It is priced at Rs 45,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and Rs 49,999 for the 12GB + 256GB option.
The V70 Elite comes in Passion Red, Sand Beige and Authentic Black. Pricing starts at Rs 51,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model, Rs 56,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, and Rs 61,999 for the 12GB + 512GB version.
The new Vivo V70 series will be available via Flipkart, Amazon, Vivo’s official online store and offline retail outlets. Sales begin on February 26, 2026.
