Thama is shaping up to be one of  those films that crawl under your skin not just because they scare you, but because they mean something. A horror-comedy? Sure. A vampire love story? Also yes. But beneath the blood and satire, Thama is about light, darkness, and everything we love and fear in between.

Rashmika Mandanna Shines as Tadaka in Her Boldest Role Yet

Rashmika Mandanna, fresh off a string of commercial hits, is finally doing something wild. She plays Tadaka, called “Roshni ki ek hi pehli kiran” (the first ray of light). And that’s exactly what she feels like in this twisted world. Rashmika herself admits Thama shook her up. “I thought I’d seen it all… and then this happened,” she said. That vulnerability, that rawness? We’re going to see a Rashmika we’ve never seen before.
