According to reports, a South Korean national youtuber was harassed and groped by two persons on Tuesday night while Live Streaming from Mumbai’s Khar region. On social media, a video of the event has gone viral. Mobeen Chand Mohd Shaikh (19) and Mohd Naqib Sadarialam Ansari have been named as the suspects (20).

Following the virality of the video, the Khar police filed a complaint under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and detained the accused youngsters.

Mumbai Police posted on Twitter, “Khar Police Station in Mumbai has initiated a Suo Moto action in connection with an incident involving a Korean woman (foreigner) in the jurisdiction of Khar West. Both of the suspects have been arrested and charged under relevant provisions of the IPC in this respect “.

The viral video shows two teens pushing the Korean woman to sit in their car. Later, one of them placed his hand on the woman’s shoulder and attempted to kiss her cheeks.

In her tweet, the victim woman stated, “On a live stream last night, there was a guy who harassed me. I tried not to aggravate the matter by leaving because he was with a buddy. And some people said it started because I was too friendly and engaged in the conversation. This makes me reconsider streaming.”
