According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi revealed on Thursday that a very senior opposition leader informed him that he accomplished everything because India voted him Prime Minister twice. Modi went on to say that, despite his words and people feeling he has already arrived, he has no plans to slow down.

Modi made the comment while speaking to recipients of the Gujarat government’s financial support initiatives for widows, the old, and the needy.

“One day, a very big leader met me,” Modi stated without naming him. “He frequently opposes us politically, but I admire him,” he continued.

“He was upset about several issues, so he came to meet with me and said, Modi Ji, the country has made you prime minister twice, so what more do you want now?” “He believed that if one became Prime Minister twice, he had accomplished everything,” the PM stated.

“He doesn’t know that Modi is built of a different metal,” Modi said, adding that he doesn’t like to take the easy way out. Gujarat is where he came from. That is why I do not believe in taking it easy, as though whatever has occurred has occurred and I should now rest. No. “My dream is to have 100% coverage of the welfare programmes.”

While Modi did not mention any names during his address, it occurred a month after NCP chairman Sharad Pawar met him in Delhi and raised the subject of the central agencies’ action against Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s family members.
