Robert Downey Jr. Returns to the MCU as Doctor Doom in Shocking Multiverse Twist

The Marvel Cinematic Universe may have just pulled off one of its most ambitious twists yet. Following the mid-credits scene in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, fans are buzzing over a mysterious hooded figure now widely believed to be none other than Doctor Doom, played by Robert Downey Jr. Yes, that Robert Downey Jr.

 Downey is not entirely done with the MCU is what the speculation is all about now. While his iconic role as Tony Stark came to a dramatic end in Avengers: Endgame, this surprise return as Victor Von Doom flips the script.
