
PlayStation 5 new games launched
Japanese tech giant Sony’s State of Play for the February month of 2026 was an incredible showcase. The event offered several key announcements and exciting reveals. The event showcased presentations from PlayStation Studios, as well as third party partners and publishers such as Konami and Capcorn. The God of War revelation, new sequels, remakes, and other things were the main highlight of the State of Play.
The State of Play was aired for 3 hours in which a 60 minute of gameplay was streamed. Here are the major announcements made at the event.
The event gave significant surprises and exciting new games. However, some much awaited launches such as Marvel’s Wolverine were missing. The event ended with the surprise announcement of a God of War Trilogy Remake and the launch of God of War: Sons of Sparta which is a 2D action platformer is now available on the PS5.
