New Delhi: The ‘Queen of Pop’ Madonna while performing at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards paid tribute to legendary singer Prince, who died a month ago. The event was held at the T-Mobile Arena on May 22 in Las Vegas.

The ‘Like a Prayer’ singer performed two songs of her friend Prince — “Nothing Compares 2 U” and “Purple Rain,” while remembering the artist during the award function.
However, her performance wasn’t received well on social media (Twitter) and was underrated by fans of Prince.
