ADG of Police Headquarters Jitendra Singh Gangwar said that the situation is now peaceful everywhere in the state. Proposals come from the districts to block internet service. So far no such proposal has come forward. The current ban was in effect till midnight on Monday. The situation will return to normal from Tuesday. If needed further, the ban can be imposed again at the district level.
Here, a review meeting was held at the Police Headquarters on Monday in all the districts of the state regarding law and order. The situation was found normal everywhere. All the districts have been asked to be on alert mode for the next few days. Along with the police force, the deployment of paramilitary forces has also been continued.
