PM Modi to hold 50km long roadshow in Ahmedabad today

Prime Minister’s roadshow is planned to swing through 16 assembly seats that will vote in the second round of the Gujarat election on December 5.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will return to the Gujarat election campaign trail after a two-day hiatus, this time with a three-hour-long massive roadshow encompassing 16 assembly constituencies for the second round of State Assembly elections.

According to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), this huge exhibition would span more than 50 kilometres, beginning in Naroda Gam and concluding in Gandhinagar South constituency.

Prime Minister’s roadshow is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. and last until 6:30 p.m. today evening, with PM Modi stopping atleast 35 memorials along the way, including those of Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Some of the seats that Prime Minister will visit are Thakkarbapanagar, Bapunagar, Nikol, Amraiwadi, Maninagar, Danilimbda, Jamalpur Khadia, Elisbridge, Vejalpur, Ghatlodia, Naranpur, and Sabarmati.

BJP’s chief ministerial candidate, Bhupendra Patel is running from Ghatlodia seat.

Surprisingly, while the Prime Minister canvasses for the second phase of Gujarat election, the first phase of Gujarat poll is ongoing.
