Saha spoke on the occasion on how women and girls should be treated equally in the workplace across all industries. He discussed how female police officers work around the clock, much like their male counterparts.
There are 51,431 self-help groups operating in Tripura, as opposed to only over 4,000 under the previous administration. He claimed that the state economy benefited greatly from these SHGs.

The BJP+IPFT government in Tripura has set aside 33% of its budget for women’s reservations across all industries. We firmly think that as our state’s women flourish, so does our state. In every field of employment, women and girls receive the same treatment. Like men, women police officers work around the clock in every police station, according to the CM.
“Modi’s family is my country’s sisters,” Prime Minister Modi declared while taking part in the Nari Shakti ceremony in Barasat. This family is the focus of Modi’s life.”
“One of the main pillars of India’s development is its female population. Over the past ten years, PM Modi stated, “The BJP government has worked tirelessly to increase the economic power of India’s women power.”
