In another horrifying incident, Mathura Police Department found a girl’s dead body stuffed in a trolley bag on the Yamuna Expressway service road on Friday afternoon.

After investigation Police detained accused parents of woman whose body was discovered in a luggage cart in Mathura on Monday. Accused parents have been charged for murdering their daughter for marrying the man of her choice.

According to the police, the woman’s parents disapproved of her relationship, and as a result, there were regular fights and confrontations in the family. Martand Prakash Singh, Superintendent of Police (SP) Mathura, informed that the woman died after being wounded by two bullets.

SP stated “Woman’s parents have been detained after her corpse was discovered in a trolley bag abandoned in a remote part of Mathura on November 18. Their daughter was murdered because she married a guy of her choice. She died of two shots, fired from a licenced pistol that we retrieved.”

Furthermore, SP went on to say that her parents had murdered her the day before she was discovered dead in Mathura and had kept her body in the house all night.

“During the interrogation, the parents’ statements fluctuated. We discovered that they had kept their daughter’s body in the house overnight after she had been murdered. They packed the corpse in a trolley bag and drove to a deserted spot in Mathura, where they discarded it, about 3 a.m. the next morning (Friday)” stated SP Singh.

According to reports, girl was bright in school and had passed the NEET, India’s undergraduate medical admission test. However, despite her parents’ requests, she refused to attend counselling.
