Aspiring writer Kuldeep Jakhar’s life is filled with many moments about writing. While his love for writing goes back to his childhood, Kuldeep has been equally passionate about cricket. His longing dream to write a book about the game of cricket became true when his debut book ‘Fantasy Cricket Expert’ was released in December 2022.
Besides his love for writing, Kuldeep grew up watching cricket. In various instances, he has revealed that cricket has shaped his life. Knowing and understanding the game, Kuldeep recalls a childhood memory when he played the sport for the first time. “I remember I held the bat for the first time when I was 6. Little did I know that the sport would become an indispensable part of my life”, says Kuldeep.
Moreover, when Kuldeep was in the third grade, he wrote an essay about the importance of sports in day-to-day activities. He says, “I learnt to write then. But I was not confident about my skills. While growing up, I understood my talent and learnt the process of writing. I believe that the profession is underrated, and at the same time, writing allows us to express views through words.” As he calls writing a therapeutic process, Jakhar loves to pen down thoughtful stories.
His latest book ‘Fantasy Cricket Expert’ is a guide for all those wanting to skill themselves as the best fantasy cricket players. “Fantasy cricket games are here to stay, and I am delighted to write a book on the subject I love the most. I hope my experiences can help people earn great rewards on fantasy cricket platforms”, he further added.
After the massive success of his first book, Kuldeep is currently busy writing his second book. Having gained multiple requests to write a book about the Indian Cricket Team’s achievements, he is penning a book that talks about the glories and journey of the national cricket team. On the other hand, Kuldeep Jakhar is also keen to write a romantic novel in the coming time.
If you thought Kuldeep has restricted himself to only writing books, we tell you that the author is simultaneously improving his skills as a scriptwriter. For now, he is in the preliminary stage of writing a script for a short film. Apart from this, his YouTube channel which has more than 160K subscribers, will be revamped where Kuldeep Jakhar will create videos about the game of cricket.
