Casino owner Chikoti Parveen Kumar and his aide Madhav reddy appeared before the Enforcement Directorate for interrogation in link with alleged violation of the Foreign Exchange Management Act on Monday.

On July 30, ED raided farmhouse of Chikoti Praveen Kumar in Kadtal Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

Investigative agency raided Chikoti Parveen’s residence at IS Sadan of Hydearabad and Madhav Reddy’s residence in Boinpally on July 29.


Chikoti Kumar has been accused of organising gambling events in Goa and neighboring countries.
According to the agency, Chikoti Praveen Kumar recently organized at least seven trips, each of which involved flying 200 people on chartered flights to engage in gambling in other nations. The agency also noted that high-profile figures and numerous politicians were among Kumar’s clientele.

Kumar was also found to be possessing dozens of exotic animals.

Hema Kandukar, Forest Deputy Range Officer said,”Keeping wildlife animals as pets in farmhouse is a violation and we have noticed that wildlife animals and snakes have been kept as pets in Chikoti Praveen Kumar’s farmhouse in Kadtal Of RR District. Non-bailable cases will be registerted against organisers of this farmhouse”
