The central government is preparing to host a special conclave at Vigyan Bhawan in the national capital to commemorate the completion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ninth year in office. The conclave, titled “Seva, Sushashan, and Garib Kalyan” (Service, Good Governance, and Empowerment of the Poor), will feature Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation Amit Shah as the chief guest and Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting as the guest of honor. Additionally, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is expected to deliver a speech during the valedictory session.

Throughout the day-long conclave, three thematic sessions will take place, focusing on India’s progress, public trust, and youth empowerment. Since assuming office on May 26, 2014, Prime Minister Modi’s government has implemented numerous reforms such as Digital India, infrastructure development, housing initiatives, access to LPG for underprivileged households, provision of tap water, railway modernization, and support for startups.

A special exhibition highlighting the achievements of the Modi-led government will be showcased at the conclave venue.
