An IED weighing between 10 to 12 kilos was found on Sunday in the Beihgund neighbourhood of Tral, Jammu and Kashmir, according to a significant update from police authorities. The bomb is now being destroyed by the Army and the police. After receiving particular information about the device, the authorities were able to prevent the disaster.

30 kg of IED were found in Pulwama
This occurs a week after an IED was discovered near Rangmulla in Pulwama by the joint patrolling group of the Jammu & Kashmir police, Indian Army, and CRPF. On the Circular Road, close to Tahab Crossing, the IED was discovered, according to ADGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar. It is believed to weigh between 25 and 30 kg. The combined security forces’ bomb disposal team has arrived and is working at the location.

A similar incident occurred last month when an IED-like device was defused in the area by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), 55 Rashtriya Rifles, and Pulwama police. In an effort to hurt the security personnel, the terrorists put a gas cylinder near Litter Chowdribagh Road that was equipped with firecrackers.
