ITV Network organised, the We Women Want and Shakti award conclave’s first edition on August 24. Indian actress Malaika Arora attended the event virtually. “I derive my Shakti from within. I tell myself today is a new day, every single day, various situations have made me what I am,” Malaika Arora said.

Being a Yoga enthusiast she also stated that it helps in keeping her mind and body calm.

She also expressed her immense love for the word Shakti, and how beautifully the word resounds and makes one feel motivated from within.

Elucidating over what women want, she stated “today’s women want everything, and it’s not just materialistic want, it’s more about wanting to achieve so much in life.”

Talking about her ventures, she stated that in a month’s time she will be turning 47, and in the entertainment business it’s the time to get done with but she wants to achieve a lot, she also talked about her venture and how collaborating with other women has helped to derive her “shakti.” she also added that she wants to create an ecosystem and intends to leave a legacy where women of any trade can co-exist under the umbrella of Malaika Arora Venture (MAV).

Being bestowed with the honour of the Shakti Award for excellence in strategic investment, she added, “there’s a lot more in life than getting just a pay cheque, brand Malaika Arora is all about creating something with wellness, fashion and the list goes on, and not just getting satiated by just a pay cheque.”

Nude Bowls is a venture of delivery-only food service also known as cloud kitchen. Nude stands for N = Nutritious U = Undisguised D = Delicious E= Eats. She illuminated some light on the need for being healthy and how much she believes in leading an Ayurvedic life.

She urged every woman out there to dare to dream, you can only achieve great heights if you have the aspiration to.
