Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff will soon be seen in ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’, one of the biggest films of the year. It has garnered attention with its stellar cast and foot-tapping songs.

On Tuesday, March 26, the makers unveiled its official trailer to give fans an idea of what to expect from the biggie. The video begins with a chilling monologue about a faceless villain who steals  ‘the package’, a mysterious object that can wreak havoc.

Following this, the audience is introduced to the protagonists, bravehearts who do things their own  way. Akshay Kumar plays the fearless ‘Bade Miyan’. Tiger Shroff, on the other hand, essays the role of his equally unpredictable friend-cum-foe. The constant bickering between them is reminiscent of the chemistry between Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham in the ‘Hobbs and Shaw’ franchise. The trailer also features some high octane action sequences and punch dialogues.

‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ is billed as an action-entertainer and it marks Akshay’s first collaboration with Tiger. They are joined by Prithviraj, Ronit Roy and Manushi Chhillar. The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, best known for his work on ‘Sultan’ and ‘Bharat’.

This will be Akshay’s first release after ‘Mission Raniganj’, which failed to live up to expectations at the box office. He will be hoping to score a big hit with the flick.

‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ is an equally important release for Tiger. The young star suffered a major setback when ‘Ganpath’ bombed at the box office. It featured Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan in key roles. It remains to be seen whether  ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ helps him bounce back.

The film is set to hit screens on April 10.
