'He Must Be Jailed', BJP's Sushil Modi Slams Udhayanidhi Stalin's Remarks on Sanatana Dharma

Sushil Modi further questioned the silence of prominent leaders within the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A).

BJP leader Sushil Modi has strongly criticized DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin’s remark suggesting the abolition of ‘Sanatana Dharma,’ calling it an anti-national act. Sushil Modi urged for Udhayanidhi Stalin’s detention and imprisonment, alleging that he is sowing discord in the community.

He pointed out the paradox of Rahul Gandhi’s message of “Mohabbat ki dukaan” amid Udhayanidhi Stalin’s call for the complete eradication of ‘Sanatana Dharma.’ Sushil Modi further questioned the silence of prominent leaders within the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A) and called on figures like Rahul Gandhi, Nitish Kumar, and Lalu Yadav to clarify their stance on the issue.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also criticized Udhayanidhi Stalin’s remarks, emphasizing the timeless nature of ‘Sanatana.’ He suggested that such political comments hold no significance and noted the reverence for Lord Vishwanath in Tamil Nadu, asserting that ‘Sanatana’ is eternal.

Meanwhile, a Supreme Court lawyer, Vineet Jindal, filed a complaint with the Delhi Police against Udhayanidhi Stalin, alleging that his speech contained provocative, inflammatory, derogatory, and inciting statements against Sanatan Dharam. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s controversial statement, made on Saturday, called for the eradication of ‘Sanatana Dharma,’ rather than mere opposition, comparing it to diseases like Dengue, mosquitoes, Malaria and coronavirus.
