Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the families of those killed in a traffic accident in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, on Monday.

According to authorities, a tourist car that fell from a cliff in the Ghiyagi region of Banjar Valley in the Kullu district earlier on Sunday caused up to seven fatalities and ten injuries.

The accident happened on NH305 on Sunday at about 8:30 p.m.

According to the first report, there were 17 persons in the car, including the driver, according to Ashutosh Garg, Deputy Commissioner of the Kullu District.

All of the injured were sent right away to the hospital and treated there.
