Strong Earthquake Tremors of Felt Across Delhi NCR

The Epicenter is recorded as Nepal with the magnitude of 6.2.

Intense tremors jolted Delhi today as Nepal experienced two successive earthquakes, one measuring 4.6 in magnitude and the other 6.2, both occurring at a depth of 5 kilometers. The initial earthquake struck Nepal at 2:25 pm, followed by the second at 2:51 pm.

According to the National Center for Seismology, the magnitude 6.2 quake strikes Nepal at depth of 5 km. The epicenter of this seismic event was situated in Nepal, with coordinates of 29.37 degrees north latitude and 81.22 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 10 kilometers.

The tremors were also felt in parts of India including its capital New Delhi, Noida and Uttarakhand.
