UN ambassador: On June 18 and July 27, bombings in Kabul shook the Karte Parwan Gurudwara. ISKP) has stated that roughly 50 people died in the incident on June 18.


At a briefing of the UN Security Council (UNSC) on August 9, the ambassador of India to the UN, Ruchira Kamboj, expressed concern about the occurrence. She also criticised the Secretary General’s report for failing to mention ‘occurrences that were anti-Indian.’


According to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) assault report on June 18, the blast killed roughly 50 individuals, including Taliban militants.


“It is inappropriate to filter member state inputs in a certain way. We do expect that the contributions from all member states would be included equally in SG’s reports in the future. There shouldn’t be any unfair treatment of terrorists. It is quite regretful that legitimate and justified listing requests for some of the most infamous terrorists in the world are being delayed “India’s ambassador to the UN later stated.

In Kabul, the capital city of Afghanistan, a bomb blast was reported inside a store close to the Karte Parwan Gurudwara on July 27. Sources for Republic Media Network claim that the Sikh community, which makes up a small but significant portion of the population in the Taliban-ruled nation, owned the store where the explosion occurred. Notably, this was the second time in a month that a bomb detonation occurred in a Gurudwara.

Around 50 people, including Taliban fighters, were killed in an explosion that rocked the Karte Parwan Gurudwara earlier on June 18. A day later, ISIS-Khorasan released a statement in which it identified the attacker as one of its members, Abu Mohammad al Tajiki..
