Malika Datt Sadani, Rouble Nagi, and Shaily Mehrotra attended the panel discussion on Women CEOs in the first edition of the We Women Want and Shakti award conclave hosted by ITV Network. Rouble Nagi is the founder of Rouble Nagi Design Studio and is a sculptural, art installation, and painting artist.

While talking about what women want at the conclave, she said if you bring a change in a girl’s life who is living in a village, you can bring about a change in the whole village.

Rouble Nagi has been working closely with the girls of Jammu and Kashmir, and while talking about the struggle of the females, she also stated the girl who did not have the privilege to even travel to Srinagar, had now travelled to the National Capital and they were truly overwhelmed by it as it was something they used to dream about and now they were living their dream.

She reiterated that to transform a place, you need to educate and uplift the women of that section.

Entrepreneur Malika Datt Sadani who is founder and CEO at The Moms Co, on facing challenges said that “having strong mentors and family is what me in my entrepreneurial journey.”

And talking on similar lines Entrepreneur Shaily Mehrotra who is CEO & Founder @Fixderma India Pvt LTD said, “have to be prepared to face challenges being an entrepreneur.”
