Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur welcomed their baby boy on February 7. The new parents have chosen to call their little one Vardaan. Vikrant shared a beautiful family picture announcing the name on Instagram. He captioned it, “Nothing short of a blessing…We named him VARDAAN!!!”

The duo announced the news of the arrival of their baby on Instagram with a joint statement, accompanied by a heartfelt message. They expressed their excitement by sharing a charming letter alongside a picture. The note on the image read, “07.02.2024. For we have become one. We are bursting with joy and love to announce the arrival of our son. Love Sheetal and Vikrant.”
Previously, Vikrant Massey made a huge announcement about him and his wife Sheetal expecting their first child. Utilizing Instagram, Vikrant shared this thrilling news through a creative post. The actor combined a stunning wedding photograph with an inventive image hinting at an upcoming addition to their family. Depicted in the photo were two safety pins, symbolizing the couple, with one of them enlarged to reveal a smaller safety pin inside, accompanied by the caption, “We are expecting! Baby coming 2024.” Sharing the picture, he wrote, “New beginnings.”
After dating for a long time, the couple got married in a civil ceremony on February 14, 2022 and then again in a traditional ceremony in Himachal Pradesh on February 18, 2022. The festivities and the wedding took place in Sheetal’s grandparents home. It was a perfect way for them to start this new journey, celebrating both of their traditions and history.
The couple, who starred together in the first season of the web series ‘Broken but Beautiful’, got engaged in a simple Roka ceremony in 2019. However, their wedding was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Vikrant Massey is receiving high praise and affection for the success of his recently released movie ’12th Fail’. Recently, he bagged the ‘Critics Award for Best Actor’ at the 69th Filmfare Awards 2024. His achievements spanning various platforms, from television to OTT series and films, have garnered him a wide audience base. Vikrant’s upcoming project is the sequel to ‘Hassen Dilruba,’ titled ‘Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba’.
He is set to appear in ‘The Sabarmati Report’, where he will share the screen with Ridhi Dogra and Raashii Khanna. The movie is produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures, a subsidiary of Balaji Telefilms Ltd.
