India reported 18,840 new cases of COVID-19 cases, the caseload increased by 2,693 in a day, 16,104 people recovered, and 43 deaths in the last 24 hours. The active caseload increased to 1,25,028, Total number of tests done during the previous day was 4,54,778 according to Union Health Ministry data.
The daily positivity rate was 4.14 per percent the weekly positivity rate was recorded at 4.09per cent, according to the Health Ministry data.
Delhi Records two deaths, and 433 new Covid cases:- The capital recorded 433 new Covid cases yesterday(10/07/2022) with a positivity rate of 2.96% and two deaths as per health department data. The number of Covid cases is falling down rapidly. With the fresh Covid cases, the count is now 19,40,735 and the death toll is 26,284, the health department said.
Maharashtra reported 2,591 new Coronavirus cases and no deaths:- Maharashtra sees 2,591 new Coronavirus cases on Sunday, with no deaths, the state has an active count of 18,369 as said by the health department. With the addition of cases, now the total is 80,04,024, whereas the death toll is 1,47,976. The total number of patients recovered is 2,894 raising the recovery rate to 78,37,679. At present, there are 18,369 active coronavirus cases in the state.
