The Lookout Circular (LOC) issued by the CBI against the Deputy Chief Minister on Sunday was denounced as a “ruse” by Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister of Delhi.

While exclusively talking to NewsX, the deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, that people are pulled down by the centre if someone is working towards the betterment of the people of this nation. And what exactly is this look-out notice for when I’m here addressing press conferences and roaming freely in New Delhi.

Sisodia also took a swipe at the centre on Twitter asking them what is the need for this gimmick.

“The nation is not able to develop because of such a mindset where the Prime Minister of the country is busy planning the next target where he wants the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) to conduct their next raid,” he added.

He further added that “The opposition is just spouting nonsense over the allegations of 30 crores not forfeited from the airports or tenders worth 144 crores not returned. The Bhartiya Janta Party is dreading the presence of Arvind Kejriwal and people are considering the option of making Arvind Kejriwal, the next Prime Minister of India, As it is going to be Kejriwal Vs Modi in the general elections of 2024.”

Member of Parliament, Manoj Tiwari also spoke to NewsX in which he reiterated that “Manish Sisodia is trying to gain sympathy and if he believes that he is going to be arrested in the next two-four days then probably he has done something wrong and therefore dreading the arrest.”

Tiwari questioned Manish Sisodia “how did Khao Gully Indospirit got the permission, and what exactly is he planning inside Dinesh Arora’s restaurant till 2 am in the morning.”

MP Tiwari also commented on 2024 AAP vs BJP by taking a jibe at the opposition, by calling them “thieves and robbers and such people can never get famous amongst the people. Manish should answer the allegations and return the money to avoid getting detained by the agencies.”

Former member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, Manjinder Sirsa asked about the whereabouts of Dinesh Arora, Vijay Nair to Manish Sisodia in an exclusive interview with NewsX. He also outlined that “the commission rate exponentially increased from 2% to 12%. Where did the ₹3,000 crores go which he received from Jasdeep Chadha, Rishi Bali, and a credit note of ₹18 crores.”

Talking about the article that got published in the New York Times, Sirsa stated that “an article cannot justify the scam being carried out by the Aam Aadmi Party and does not give them the right to rob the people of the national capital. As he has done nothing but rob money from the poor and benefit his rich friends. He also added that the image used in the article is of a private school and the same article with the same title was published in Khaleeja Times.”

Over allegations been put out by the AAP government, Sirsa claimed that there is no vendetta and it is just a crusade against the corrupt. And even asked Deputy Chief Minister why were the government-owned liquor store got privatised.
