The Prime Minister underlined India’s development in the science and technology sector, stating, ‘Our country is doing wonders in the scientific sectors. On the eve of Diwali, 36 satellites were launched simultaneously into space. In the whole country, digital connectivity will be advanced with its launch from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kutch to Kohima,’ he further added.

PM said, ‘I also remember those days, when the cryogenic rocket technology was denied to India. The Indian scientists developed indigenous technology, and with its help, dozens of satellites are now in orbit simultaneously.’ Having launched this satellite, India has become an important player in the global commercial market with this, new opportunities have opened up for India, he added.

In this area, Prime Minister believes IN-SPACe’s collaboration will be a major breakthrough. In addition to government companies, IN-SPACe also offers launch services to non-government companies.
The world is looking towards solar energy as the future, said PM Modi.
As a result of combining traditional practices with modern science, India has become one of the world’s largest solar energy generators today. The effect of solar energy on the poor and middle class of our country will also be studied, he said.
