Delhi Rains Live Updates: Heavy Rain Batters Delhi-NCR, IMD Issues Red Alert
Delhi Rains Live Updates: Delhi-NCR woke up to a fresh spell of heavy rain on Thursday, bringing relief from the sweltering heat but also triggering waterlogging in several areas. The downpour, which began early in the morning, has slowed traffic movement in parts of the city and caused delays in public transport.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), light to moderate rainfall is expected at most places, with moderate to heavy showers at isolated locations over the next 2–3 hours. The IMD has issued a red alert for certain parts of the national capital, urging residents to remain cautious and avoid waterlogged zones.
