Bastar: The Naxal Story Trailer: Adah Sharma Goes Against Maoists In New Terrorist Drama

The trailer includes scenes of the Naxalite attack on CRPF Jawans and the death of Indian soldiers being celebrated by JNU students

After the success of ‘The Kerala Story,’ Vipul Amrutlal Shah, Sudipto Sen, and Adah Sharma are all set to collaborate again to captivate the audience with their upcoming movie, ‘Bastar: The Naxal Story’ The makers have dropped a captivating trailer for the film, generating anticipation and excitement among fans.

Adah plays the role of Neerja Madhvan, an IPS officer who works to eliminate Naxalite influence in India. The trailer includes scenes of the Naxalite attack on CRPF Jawans and the death of Indian soldiers being celebrated by JNU students. In the powerful video, the brutal situation of terrorists, the heartache of injured children, politicians facing assassinations and the hanging of innocent people are depicted while the National Anthem is played.

The trailer of Vipul Shah’s film is directed by Sudipto Sen and produced by the former. Bastar: A Naxal Story is scheduled to release on March 15. The film reveals the reality of the sacrifice made by the martyrs and what happened and how the propaganda-oriented content is created by the country’s intellectuals with Chinese money to divide the country.

Filmmaker Sudipto Sen earlier shared insights into Adah’s preparation, saying, “Adah went to Bastar, as she wanted to take blessings from Danteswari Mata, which is the most reckoning temple in Bastar. People of Bastar believe that all auspicious work needs the blessings of Danteswari Mata. Adah wanted to learn the basic nuances of jungle warfare and arms handling and also wanted to meet women in the CRPF and Chhattisgarh police who are actually fighting battles on the ground.” Vipul Shah and Sudipto Sen’s previous outing ‘The Kerala Story’ in 2023 was a huge success at the box office.
