The wedding reportedly took place a few days ago in Udaipur, attended by close family and friends. Although the couple has not made an official announcement yet, sources reveal that the celebrations included mehendi and sangeet ceremonies before the wedding. Taapsee’s Thappad co-star Pavail Gulati, along with her friends Abhilash Thapliyal and Kanika Dhillon, graced the occasion. Badminton players Satwiksai Raj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, coached by Mathias Boe, also attended the festivities. The event was organized by The Wedding Factory, a company co-owned by Taapsee, her sister Shagun Pannu, and Farah Sood.
Earlier, Taapsee had shared images of herself in a fusion saree, showcasing intricate henna artwork on her feet and a ring on her finger. The actress expressed her fondness for sarees in the post, hoping that her love affair with the traditional attire would never end.

The couple’s love story reportedly began in 2013 when they met at the inaugural Indian Badminton League. Mathias Boe represented the Lucknow-based team Awadhe Warriors, while Taapsee Pannu served as the brand ambassador for champions Hyderabad Hotshots, according to a 2014 NDTV report.
