Vikram Singh and EBFC’s goalkeeper Prabhsukhan Singh collided and went down. The two players remained lying on the ground and received medical attention as the rest of the players took a much-deserved water break. It was yet another chance for Mumbai City to double their lead but Vikram trying to chip Prabhsukhan shot the ball wide resulting in a goal kick.
It has not been the best of nights for Lallianzuala Chhangte despite Mumbai City holding the lead in the first 30 minutes of the game. Chhangte has missed a couple of chances and recently just missed, which seemed to be a great chance to double the lead. There might have been some doubts in his mind about a possible offside, but the flag from the referee was not raised.
