"Modi guarantees are all false guarantees," Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar Slams Modi government

“You can’t carry the system on emotion. You should carry any political agenda on the basis of what you have given to them. They had an opportunity to help the people of the state for the last ten years…”

“There is no Modi or BJP wave on the ground, Modi guarantees are all false guarantees,” Karnataka Deputy CM, DK Shivakumar slammed the Modi government and their guarantees, calling them false guarantees.

While speaking to India Today in an exclusive interview, Karnataka Deputy CM, DK Shivakumar took a dig at the BJP government. The CM stated that he feels overconfident regarding the state’s inclination toward his candidates because there is no Modi or BJP wave on the ground and that the BJP government is solely basing their propaganda on the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, however, the citizens of the state have understood that the temple alone is not an election agenda.

“You can’t carry the system on emotion. You should carry any political agenda on the basis of what you have given to them. They had an opportunity to help the people of the state for the last ten years” said the Chief Minister.

He further added that the Modi government has not competently aided any section of people in the state and that more than twelve lakh well-established businessmen in the country have gone out to foreign countries. The CM also pointed out that the BJP government had promised a double in income, aid to farmers, and to double their incomes, and to give 15 lakhs to every Jan Dhan account but none of it has been achieved.

“Where is Modi Guarantee? What is Modi guarantee? Modi guarantees are false guarantees,”  Shivkumar, furthermore drew a contrast between Congress and the BJP government and asserted that Congress’s history is the country’s history.

“Whenever Congress comes to power, all the sections of the people are empowered, physically or not physically. We ensure that their pockets will be filled, their stomachs will be filled, and financially they’ll be strong.”
