Krushna Abhishek and Kiku Sharda have been fixtures on Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show, consistently sharing the stage and, by all accounts, a solid off-screen friendship. But now, a video’s making waves on Instagram, showing the two in what looks like a pretty intense argument.

In the clip, Kiku asks, “Timepass kar raha hu?” Krushna, visibly annoyed, shoots back, “To phir thik hai aap karlo. Aap karlo, bhai koi problem nahi hai. Main jata hu yaha se.”
To this Kiku responds, “Baat yeh hai ke mujhe bulaya hai toh main apna khatam kar lona pehle.” Krushna tries to diffuse things, saying, “I love you and respect you, I don’t want to raise my voice.”
Kiku ends with, “Raise voice ka baat nahi hai, aap isko galat tarike se leke jaa rahe hai.” Meanwhile, crew members can be seen stepping in, apparently trying to calm the situation.

The viral video kicked off a debate online. Some viewers are convinced it’s just a prank or staged bit after all, these two have been doing comedy together for ages.
Others are adamant the argument is genuine, pointing to the reactions on set. One user commented, “I THINK THEY BOTH R GOOD FRNDS… ITNE TIME SE DONO PLAY KARTE AARAHE HAIN SHOW PAR. .. I DON’T THINK IT’S REAL… SOCHA HOGA CHALO THODA PRANK KARLE. VIDEO BANAKE. COZ BOTH R COMEDY (sic).”
On the other hand, someone else said, “Itne saare log fake nei hote .. it’s real argument (sic).” Yet another person chimed in, “Fake hai tho teek hai agar nahi hai tho its so sad (sic).”
