In a stirring farewell speech to party members and leaders at the conclusion of the BJP’s National Convention at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the importance of gaining the trust and support of voters in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections over the next 100 days.

Following heartfelt tributes to Jain seer Acharya Shri 108 Vidhyasagar Ji Maharaj, who passed away earlier on Sunday, PM Modi urged everyone to embark on a mission to connect with new voters, beneficiaries, and communities. He stressed the need to earn the trust and backing of all segments of society, highlighting the unwavering dedication of sincere party workers who tirelessly serve the people year-round.

Looking ahead, PM Modi emphasized the significance of realizing the vision of a developed India, referred to as “Viksit Bharat.” He underscored the country’s ambitious aspirations and pledged to work diligently over the next five years to propel India towards progress and prosperity.

Taking a swipe at the Opposition, PM Modi mocked Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s remarks about aiming for “400 seats” in Parliament, emphasizing the BJP’s determination to surpass this target and secure a strong mandate in the Lok Sabha elections.

Expressing his sorrow over the demise of Acharya Shri 108 Vidhyasagar Ji Maharaj, PM Modi described it as a personal loss, recalling his interactions and moments of seeking guidance from the revered spiritual leader.
