Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, who married in a surprise ceremony in Las Vegas last month, wedded for the second time in Georgia. Their wedding was attended by their friends and family. Colin Cowie, an interior designer, and event planner, prepared the weekend-long extravaganza, with lifestyle expert Jay Shetty officiating at the wedding. The wedding was attended by celebrities such as Matt Damon, Jimmy Kimmel, Ben’s brother Casey Affleck, and Drea de Matteo. This occurred just hours after his mother, Chris Anne Boldt, fell over a pier at his Georgia home. Chris was transferred to Savannah’s St. Joseph Candler Children’s Hospital. Chris, according to a Daily Mail insider, slipped off the dock and injured her leg.
According to an electronic media outlet, the celebrity couple, known as “Bennifer,” recruited life coach and one of the world’s most prominent motivational speakers, Jay Shetty, to officiate the auspicious event on August 20. According to his LinkedIn page, Shetty graduated from Cass Business School in London with a first-class BSc (Honors) Degree in Behavioural Science, but he left his work to pursue inner peace and became a motivational speaker and social media celebrity.
In September of last year, he also presided at the wedding of Lily Collins and filmmaker Charlie McDowell.
Ms Lopez, 53, and Mr Affleck, 50, married at the latter’s huge riverside mansion in Savannah, Georgia, during a three-day ceremony for friends and family.
For the occasion, the singer donned a couture Ralph Lauren gown produced in Italy.
The second wedding had a white dress code, and attendees included Matt Damon and his wife Luciana, filmmaker Kevin Smith, and actor Jason Mewes, among others.
Mr. Shetty and Jennifer Lopez had previously appeared in a couple episodes of the YouTube series Coach Conversations. In March 2021, she also featured on his podcast, On Purpose.
Jennifer Lopez’s 14-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, as well as Ben’s daughters Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel with ex-Jennifer Garner, attended the wedding.
