In Rajasthan’s Baran district, a man was allegedly murdered by his friends after he refused to perform oral sex. According to police reports, his body was abandoned in a dry pond by the two intoxicated friends. One of the accused has been apprehended by the police, while the other consumed a poisonous substance in an attempt to evade arrest and is currently receiving medical treatment under police supervision.

The victim, Om Prakash Bairwa, was discovered deceased in the Baran city police station area on February 26, as informed by Baran Superintendent of Police Raj Kumar Choudhary.

The incident occurred when Prajapati, Yadav, and Bairwa, after consuming alcohol together, went to visit Prajapati’s sister in a nearby village. Subsequently, they assaulted Bairwa and fatally attacked him for declining to engage in oral sex with them.

Prajapati operated a roadside dhaba, while the other accused was employed as a daily wage worker. Following the recovery of the body from the dry pond, police initiated a probe into the murder. Utilizing technical investigation methods and inquiries, the police identified and located the two accused individuals, Murlidhar Prajapati (32) and Surendra Yadav, both residents of Baran City. Prajapati has been apprehended by the authorities.

Presently, one of the accused has been detained and the other accused has been admitted to a hospital as he consumed poison ahead of the arrest. The police reported that one of the accused- Prajapati had accepted the contempt for murder. The crime took place when the three consumed alcohol and later Prajapati, Yadav, and Bairwa went back to the village to visit Prajapati’s sister.

However, it all ended up killing Bairwa for refusing to perform oral sex with them.
