The new teaser is supposed to silence all speculation, displaying mythical creatures in the birds’ fish shapes, a gigantic statue of Hanuman, and Chiranjeevi making his dashing arrival on a flying horse. Viewers are keenly looking forward to watching these CGIs, promising an impressive height for the socio-fantasy saga.
Summer 2026: The Most Ideal Window
Although originally planned for Sankranti 2025, the release date of Vishwambhara has now shifted to Summer 2026 for its quality promise.
“In the second half of the film, most sequences are going to be heavy on VFX. So, we need more time for perfection,” said Chiranjeevi in an emotional video. Even though disappointing for fans, this postponement merely signifies the effort to make magic at the movies for the audience.
The perfect holiday viewing for families will be reflected in the Summer 2026 window for Vishwambhara, joint releases in the Telugu language, Tamil and Hindi propelling the film to the status of a global blockbuster.
Vishwambhara’s Star Studded Cast, High Production Value
Vishwambhara, shot by Vassishta of Bimbisara fame, has a very impressive star cast, including Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, and Ashika Ranganath. The film unites myth and fantasy under the music by Oscar-award winning M.M. Keeravani, with the grand sets at Annapurna Studios.
The production may face difficulties in the future, but with such dedication, Chiranjeevi guarantees that Vishwambhara would stand as a landmark in this 156th cinematic endeavor.
