Parliament Monsoon Session 2025 LIVE Updates: The last day of the Monsoon Session 2025 is expected to witness similar scenes of disruption as previous days, with the Opposition demanding a discussion on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Bihar and electoral rolls revision. Meanwhile, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025 will be tabled in the Rajya Sabha today, a day after its passage in the Lok Sabha.

The Bill seeks to ban online games involving money, aiming to curb rising cases of gambling addiction, financial fraud, and money laundering through gaming apps. In another political development, INDIA bloc’s Vice-President candidate B Sudershan Reddy is set to file his nomination today against NDA nominee CP Radhakrishnan.

According to the list of business, several Union ministers, including Pankaj Chaudhary, Nityanand Rai, Kirti Vardhan Singh, Shantanu Thakur, Ajay Tamta, Sukanta Majumdar, and Murlidhar Mohol, will lay papers on the table for their respective ministries. Laying papers on the table is a procedural exercise where ministers present official documents, reports, or notifications in Parliament. Once placed, these documents become part of the parliamentary record, enabling MPs to study them closely and raise questions or seek clarifications during debates and discussions.
