For a Change: Advocacy and Neuronova
Beyond the face, Manika is a passionate face for neurodivergence advocacy. She established ‘Neuronova’ to specifically advocate the redefinition of conditions like ‘ADHD’ as unique cognitive strengths rather than disorders. Through this initiative, she hopes people can think differently about such conditions and be more inclusive and empowering.
Manisha won the hearts and this title with her amazing and intelligent answer at the finale of the pageant. The question was, “If you had to choose between advocating for women’s education or immediate economic aid for impoverished families, which one would you prioritize and why? How would you address the counterarguments?”
What the Miss Universe India answered was the second she almost bagged the title, “Two sides of the coin. On one side, we have seen that women have been deprived of basic rights, such as education, for as long as we can remember. On the other side, we see the result of this deprivation: impoverished families. Fifty percent of our population has been denied the basic amenity that could change their lives. If I have to, I would choose the option of women’s education. I would advocate for it because it would not just change the life of one person; it would change the entire strata of the future of this country, of this world. While both issues are important, it is about taking actions that can help in the long run,” she answered.
This strong commitment towards social impact was felt at the finale of the pageant, where her reply prioritising women’s education over immediate economic aid crowned her as the winner.

Manika had won her title with huge glamour as Miss Universe India 2024 by herself outshining among 48 other contestants through her grace and intellect. The Jaipur finale cast light on Manika by its eminent juries, including Urvashi Rautela.
Now, she is preparing to go to Thailand as pride for Rajasthan but aspirations for India. Her journey from Sri Ganganagar to the stage proves miracles for millions and redefines beauty with confidence, talent, and determination. Keep a tab on her quest to bring the Miss Universe crown home.
