Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, eggs and baking powder. You can use Biscoff spread for filling and frosting. Biscoff biscuits and cocoa powder can be garnished for looks.

Cake Base

Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Fold in sifted flour and baking powder carefully. Pour batter into a cake pan and bake until required. Let the cake cool completely before layering.

Biscoff Filling and Frosting

Spread a layer of Biscoff spread over the cake. Whip cream lightly and fold in a little Biscoff spread for a mousse layer. Ensure mixture remains creamy and airy. Layer it over the cooled cake base evenly.

Assemble the cake

Place the first layer of cake on a serving plate and add Biscoff filling and mousse layer. Place second cake layer on top and cover with remaining mousse. Smooth the edges and top for a clean finish. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
