The President of the U.S. Donald Trump was born in 1946 in New York’s Queens. His initial education was at the private Kew-Forest School before he left for New York Military Academy in 1959. Trump completed his high school in 1964 and joined Fordham University where he excelled in sports such as squash and tennis.

Two years later, Trump was transferred to the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In May 1968, Trump finally completed his graduation in Economics and started to focus on real estate business. While Trump claims he was a brilliant student, records suggest otherwise.

Was Donald Trump a Genius in School?

Reports say he could not graduate with honors or could find a place in dean’s list. However, the White House biographies confirm Wharton degree of Trump and his entry into real estate market. Interestingly, Trump has warned that he will sue anyone who reveals his educational records to the public.

Born in 1978 in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy started his higher education in 1995 at the Kryvyi Rih Economic Institute, which is a part of Kyiv National Economic University. In 2000, he graduated in 2000 with a degree in law, confirmed by Ukrainian presidential data. However, Zelenskyy did not practise law despite holding a degree and being trained for it.

In 1997, he switched over to the world of entertainment where he started his career in comedy and acting, and formed an entertainment company called Kvartal 95. It later produced a show Servant of the People, a show that highlighted the life of a teacher who becomes the president. Ironically, Zelenskyy played this role, something which he would do in real life many years later.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin was born in 1952 in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), and began his schooling at a local high school. At the age of 18, he entered Leningrad State University in 1970 and graduated five years later from the same institution with law as his specialization. Reports say his thesis was based on global trade law. Following his graduation, Putin was involved with the KGB and worked in intelligence.

Later in 1997, Putin became a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree (similar to a PhD) from Saint Petersburg Mining University. Reports say that his dissertation was based on energy policy in foreign affairs but U.S. researchers accused him of plagiarism. They said Putin copied some parts of his dissertation from a textbook published in 1978 in the U.S. However, Putin has refused to comment on this allegation.
