OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite has officially launched in India alongside the premium OnePlus Nord CE6, bringing large batteries, high refresh rate displays and gaming-focused features to the mid-range smartphone segment. The new Nord CE6 Lite marks the return of OnePlus’ CE Lite lineup in India after nearly two years and comes powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset. Meanwhile, the standard Nord CE6 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and packs a massive 8,000mAh battery. Both smartphones run OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 and feature MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification for better durability. OnePlus has also focused heavily on gaming, battery life and display upgrades in the new series, with support for up to 144FPS gameplay in select titles.
OnePlus reveals prices, storage options and colour variants
As per reports, the Nord CE6 Lite has launched in three variants in India. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 20,999. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage option costs Rs 22,999, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version is priced at Rs 25,999. The smartphone comes in Vivid Mint and Hyper Black colour options.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus Nord CE6 starts at Rs 29,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 32,999. The Nord CE6 is available in Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl and Pitch Black shades.
Sale dates, bank discounts and EMI offers announced for buyers in India
OnePlus said the Nord CE6 will go on sale from May 8, while the nord ce6 lite will become available in India from May 12. The company also announced several launch offers for customers. Buyers can avail no-cost EMI options for up to six months on select credit cards. OnePlus is also offering a Rs 1,500 bank discount on select transactions along with a Rs 2,000 discount on EMI purchases made through eligible credit cards. Both devices will be available through Amazon, OnePlus’ official website, the OnePlus Store app and selected offline retail outlets.
Snapdragon processor, massive battery and reverse charging power Nord CE6
The OnePlus Nord CE6 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. OnePlus has packed an 8,000mAh battery inside the device with support for 80W wired charging. The phone also supports bypass charging, allowing it to draw power directly from the charger during gaming or heavy tasks.
The device further supports 27W wired reverse charging, which means users can charge other gadgets using the smartphone itself. According to OnePlus, the device can support up to 144FPS gameplay in select games and offer up to six hours of BGMI gaming on a single charge.
Nord CE6 Lite focuses on gaming, cooling and long battery backup
The Nord CE6 Lite comes with a 6.72-inch Full HD+ display and also supports a 144Hz refresh rate. OnePlus has included Aqua Touch 2.0 technology in the Nord CE6 Lite to improve touch response even when the screen or fingers are wet or oily. The smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex processor and is being promoted as a gaming-focused device. It supports up to 144FPS gameplay in select titles and stable 60FPS gameplay in BGMI during long gaming sessions.
The Nord CE6 Lite houses a 7,000mAh battery, which OnePlus claims can offer up to two days of usage on a single charge. The device supports 45W charging and bypass charging. To control heat during gaming, OnePlus has also included a large 5,300 sq mm vapour chamber cooling system.
Cameras, AI features and durability upgrades added across both devices
The Nord CE 6 Lite is powered by OxygenOS 16 and integrated with Google Gemini for AI features and Smart Assist functions. The primary camera is 50 MP and the Nord CE 6 has a 2 MP depth sensor for two-dimensional effects. Videos can be shot in 4K at 30 frames per second, plus the Nord CE 6 Lite provides AI-driven editing functions. For taking pictures with a front-facing camera, you can use an 8 MP camera that has the capability to send and receive calls in a video format. The Nord CE 6 has a 50 MP Primary Rear camera with optical image stabilisation and a front camera with 32 MP and auto focus capabilities.
Both devices have MIL-STD-810H Military rating for ruggedness and durability, plus both devices have water, dust and moisture resistance ratings of IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K. Both devices also have the Crystal Guard glass for added safety from drops.
