Change your pillowcases often

Used pillowcases for extended periods allow oils and dirt to build-up and, instead of resting on the pillow, will begin to clog pores, causing a breakout or flare-up. Changing your pillowcase at least once a week gives your densely porous skin a fresh surface and lessens the chances of getting skin issues from used pillowcases.

Maintain a hydrated skin barrier inside and out
